Vincent Leclerc

Several years after receiving a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, I went back to school to earn an MA in Tourism Development at the UQAM School of Management. The program deepened my interest in tourism while giving me an opportunity to conduct market research on Quebec tourist hunters during a work placement with the Quebec Outfitters Federation.

With a passion to continue learning about the field of tourism, I joined the team at the Tourism Intelligence Network in the summer of 2012. I have participated in several research projects, namely on the themes of adventure tourism, outfitters, winter tourism and tourism in official language minority communities. As an analyst and enthusiastic member of this dynamic team, I can now satisfy my curiosity with regards to resorts and sustainable tourism and at the same time help advance the body of knowledge about the Quebec tourism industry.
